Sexy Time :)

So.. instead of doing my assignment for class I decided to surf the web looking for a quick project to do. I came across Christina Budd's website and decided to try crocheting a bikini top. Of course I didn't exactly follow her pattern but I still LOVE how it come out. (Yes I know I still have to weave the ends but I was so excited that it actually looks like a bikini top that I had to post). So does this count as my first piece of crocheted clothing ;).

Next time I'll make the triangles a bit bigger for more hold, but it's still sooooooo sexy. This is the link to Christina's website . I'll be crocheting more of her work as time goes on...

My First Blog

Well I'm finally doing my first post... only took me a month :). This is my first big afghan. It's a granny square that kept growing...and growing...and growing.




But now I've decided that I want the afghan to be longer and more rectangle so I have begun to add rows to the top. So I'll post more pics of it when its finished.

I've also found a new love in amigurumi. I wanted to see if I could make a simple ball (the basis of pretty much all amigurumi) but I don't have any fiberfill. So as you can see I just crocheted the ball without stuffing it. LOL... I can't wait until I get the fiberfill. I have a bunch of patterns I want to try!
